- The email address and mobile number provided at registration must be active and belong to you.
- KGBD may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.
- Keeping your account password and login details confidential is your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone.
Warning: If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts and any associated winnings will be forfeited. KGBD has a zero-tolerance policy on this matter.
Age Limit & Eligibility Requirements
KGBD only Aged 18 or above for individuals. No one under the age of 18 may open an account or play on this platform.
By registering, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age. If there is any doubt, KGBD may request proof of identity for age verification and may restrict the account until verification is complete.
A note for parents: Please use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing KGBD. KGBD is firmly committed to protecting underage users.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Terms
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on KGBD are processed through secure payment gateways. Mobile banking, bank transfers, and approved e-wallet methods are supported.
- Deposits are generally instant. Some methods may take up to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
- Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
- KGBD reserves the right to set minimum and maximum withdrawal limits.
- If a transaction appears suspicious, KGBD may temporarily hold a withdrawal and carry out a verification check.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotional offers on KGBD come with specific terms. Accepting a bonus means you agree to the associated conditions.
- Welcome bonus: Available to new members on their first registration only. Limited to one per person, household, IP address, or device.
- Wagering requirements: The bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times (typically 30x to 50x) before a withdrawal can be made.
- Duration: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
- Game restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for use on specific games. This will be stated in the bonus details.
- Winnings from bonus funds are held in the bonus wallet and transferred to the main wallet once wagering requirements are met.
- KGBD reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
All games on KGBD are conducted in a transparent and fair manner. Every game outcome is determined by a Certified RNG (Random Number Generator).
- Any attempt to influence game outcomes in any way is a violation of these Terms.
- Winnings resulting from software bugs, technical errors, or unfair advantages are not valid and will be voided.
- In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, all bets will be refunded.
- Sports Betting payouts are based on the odds displayed at the time of placing the bet. KGBD reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds.
- In the event of a game malfunction, KGBD's decision shall be considered final.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on KGBD. Any violation will result in permanent account closure.
- Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Bonus abuse or attempting to claim the same bonus more than once
- Attempting to access gaming systems or manipulate software
- Using automated bots or software to play games
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing
- Harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other players
- Using the platform for commercial purposes without KGBD's authorisation
Warning: If any illegal activity is suspected, KGBD may freeze the account and associated funds until the investigation is complete.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
KGBD may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any clause of the Terms & Conditions
- Registration with false information
- Suspicion of illegal activity or fraud
- Filing a chargeback or payment dispute
- Extended inactivity (12 months or more)
To close your account, contact customer support. Make sure to withdraw all winnings before the closure is processed.
